A New Order will arise in Europe. Inspired by the Vatican; ten European nations will coalesce into a modern version of the Holy Roman Empire:  intended as a means to prevent future wars and keep the peace. This new Europe will be a neutral body balancing off the East and the Anglo-Americans.

Europe will no longer be an American ally.  Instead they will view America in the same way as the other nations. Europe will truly be between the various sides.  Backed by the Vatican: They will have the MORAL HIGH GROUND.

There will be A NEW WORLD ORDER; THAT WILL BE LED BY EUROPE!
